The Dances are a joyous way of touching the spiritual essence in ourselves and others.  There are no performers or audience - new arrivals and old hands join together to form the sacred circle. 



All easy Dances are taught and accompanied by live music. 

No partner and no experience is necessary - 


 only a desire to experience with an open heart

Originated in 1960‘s San Francisco, the Dances have spread worldwide.  


They are an Interfaith practice to cultivate inner peace and peace for the world through music, song & dance.  Formerly known as “Sufi Dancing” they come from the Sufi message of Hazrat Inayat Khan.
